Steph Tryphonas

Steph Tryphonas began their career in 1999 as the Director of Product Management for OpenText. Steph then joined Tellme Networks in 2000 as the Vice President of Customer Success where they led the Customer Success team focusing on Fortune 100 Enterprise customers. In 2007, they joined Microsoft as the Design Director. In 2013, they co-founded Lab 228, where they also served as the CEO. In 2016, they founded Dokema and helped build a novel mobile bone metabolic device and a patient relationship system connecting patients with their health team (doctor, physiotherapist). In 2022, they began their current position as Head of Business Operations for Collaborative Robotics.

Steph Tryphonas holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Queen's University.
