Pamela Baker

Deputy Director of Homelessness Services at COLLABORATIVE SUPPORT PROGRAMS

Starting with the agency in 2008 and with prior expertise as an emergency medical technician and administrator, Pam first joined CSPNJ as a support worker. Pam uses her passion for justice, dedication to underserved communities, community relations acumen, and leadership skills to advocate to make housing a right for many. Pam currently oversees Homelessness services in Essex, Hudson and Union counties with includes the Warming Center, Housing Navigator, and multiple Wellness Centers. Pam supervises the first support housing project, Life Starts, in Jersey City, as well as the Department of Community Development & Housing ESG and CDBG grant projects. Pam is a member of the Hudson County Alliance to End Homelessness, and on the Executive Committee of the Hudson County Continuum of Care. She continues to grow services and new creative initiatives such as the NJ Transit Project spanning across the state.
