Peggy Swarbrick

Peggy Swarbrick is a Professor and Associate Director at the Center of Alcohol and Substance Use Studies within the Graduate School of Applied and Professional Psychology at Rutgers University. They have extensive experience in developing and disseminating health promotion and wellness programs for diverse populations, including adults, youth, and families. Previously, Peggy served as the Wellness Institute Director at Collaborative Support Programs of New Jersey and worked as an Occupational Therapist at Marlboro Psychiatric Hospital. Additionally, Peggy has held academic roles at UMDNJ and Rutgers University, contributing to practice innovation and wellness in behavioral health care. They are currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Occupational Therapy at New York University.
