Don Bartusiak is the current President at Collaborative Systems Integration. Prior to this, they worked as the Chief Engineer for Process Control at ExxonMobil Research & Engineering from February 2012 to October 2020. There, they were responsible for defining, implementing, and sustaining the process control strategy globally, as well as assisting management with the career development of 920 worldwide process control staff and managing the R&D portfolio in automation and process control technology area. Bartusiak also worked as a Section Head at ExxonMobil Research & Engineering from June 2008 to May 2011, where they supervised a group of 20 engineers and was responsible for acquiring or developing new process control applications technologies and providing high-skill applications support to ExxonMobil manufacturing.
Before their work at ExxonMobil, Bartusiak was an Adjunct Professor at Rice University from August 2000 to July 2002, where they lectured for the Chemical Engineering Process Control course. Don was also the R&D Program Lead at ExxonMobil Research and Engineering from April 2011 to February 2012, and the Lead Specialist - Process Control Applications at ExxonMobil Chemical Company from January 2000 to December 2008. Bartusiak began their career as a Research Engineer at Bethlehem Steel Corporation from June 1977 to August 1984.
Don Bartusiak has a PhD in Chemical Engineering from Lehigh University, and a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
