Jon Sprague

Jon Sprague is a seasoned professional in capture and proposal management with extensive experience in the federal IT sector. Currently serving as the Sr. Capture and Proposal Manager at Groundswell since December 2023, Jon has previously held significant positions at ICF, Future Technologies Inc., Tangible Security, SAIC, and other organizations. Throughout a career that began in the early 2000s, Jon has developed expertise in managing proposal processes, driving business opportunities, and leading strategic initiatives in various organizations, including CACI International Inc., where roles ranged from Director to Capture Manager. Jon holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Indiana Wesleyan University and a BS in Education from The University of Akron.
