Eric Nowak

Eric Nowak has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Eric started their career in 2007 as a Computer Intern at Prince George's County Public Schools, where they gained experience in IT environments and worked with data in Microsoft Applications. In 2007, they also worked as an Associate at Wawa, Inc., primarily as a cashier and providing customer service. In 2011, Eric worked as a Valet at M & W Parking Services. In 2012, they interned as a Software Developer at Laureate International Universities, where they were involved in developing, testing, and releasing software using Java, Python, and C. From 2014 to 2022, they worked at Open Technology Solutions, LLC, initially as a Desktop Support Technician and later as a Lead Desktop Support Technician, managing desktop support and operations for over 900 users across multiple locations. Eric established work processes, trained staff, prioritized tasks, and maintained quality control for critical incidents. In 2014, Eric also worked as a Member Services Representative at S3-Shared Service Solutions, LLC, providing customer service and answering inquiries related to membership, banking products, and services. Currently, starting in 2022, Eric is employed as a Software Engineer at CollabraSpace.

Eric Nowak attended Towson University from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Computer Science.
