Paulo Salazar

Paulo Salazar, MBA, PMP, and Prosci CCP, is a strategic PMO and transformation leader currently serving as the Director of Project Management and Support Operations at CollabTech. With extensive experience that includes roles at First American Title, IEHP, Esri, and the National Merchants Association, Paulo has successfully created and managed project management offices that align with organizational strategies to enhance performance and collaboration. Previously, at Stater Bros. Markets, they managed technical infrastructure for over 140 store locations and played a key role in ERP projects for the County of San Diego. Paulo holds an MBA in Technology Management and a BS in Business Administration with a focus on Project Management from Colorado Technical University.
