Ryan Smith

Ryan Smith is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in account management. Currently serving as an Account Supervisor at Colle McVoy since February 2024, Ryan previously held the role of Senior Account Executive at Bader Rutter from December 2016 to February 2024, where notable achievements include leading the national NAMA-award winning rebrand of Cobalt Cattle Company and launching the agency’s first bilingual social media campaign. Earlier roles ranged from Account Executive to Account Coordinator, with a focus on major clients in agriculture and animal health, including Zoetis and Corteva Agriscience. Ryan began the professional journey as a Marketing Intern at the Wisconsin Health Care Association and Butler/Till, gaining valuable insights into business development and media strategy. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Ryan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Strategic Communications.
