Maya Larson

Maya Larson has a diverse work experience spanning across several organizations. Maya currently serves as the President of Colleague Consulting LLC, where they oversee the daily operations of the consulting firm. Prior to this, Maya held roles at ICF, where they served as the Senior Director of Disaster Management, overseeing planning and operations for FEMA and HUD-funded grant programs, and as the Senior Director of Organizational Development, providing training and organizational change management services. Before joining ICF, they were the Training Manager at SRA International, responsible for workforce competency development and outreach and communications. Maya also worked as an Instructional Technologist at Camber Corporation, managing a training and coordination support task for energy efficiency workshops, and as the Special Projects Coordinator at The Airlie Center, providing logistical support for conferences and conducting research.

Maya Larson has a strong educational background in both academic degrees and professional certifications. In 1992, they began their undergraduate studies at William & Mary, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Anthropology. Maya successfully completed their studies in 1996.
