Bryan Wachs is an experienced UX and Interaction Designer who has, for over 15 years, been helping both Fortune 500’s and startups deliver innovative, multi-channel customer experiences by using human-centered design principles. Bryan has worked in a wide range of industries including Institutional Banking, Human Resources, and Publishing. Most recently, Bryan spent the past 8 years as Senior UX Design Lead at a large financial services organization to build solutions, which offer tangible business results and delightful user experiences.
