Scott Randklev

Scott Randklev currently serves as a Client Success Manager at Collective Data since January 2024. Previously, Scott was with Ready Wireless for over a decade, holding roles such as IoT Sales Manager and Vice President of Customer Support, where responsibilities included vendor management, customer care operations, and performance improvement. Scott's experience also includes positions at APAC Customer Services, where client solutions and account management were key focuses, as well as project management at McLeod USA. Scott's early career at RuffaloCODY involved extensive management of call center operations and client relationships. Scott has an educational background from Kirkwood Community College, spanning from 1991 to 1993.
