Collective Peak is a talent and capital advisory firm where institutional judgment meets the next generation of investment talent.

We represent a select group of portfolio managers as long-term partners, offering market intelligence, career positioning, and confidential access to platforms where fit is precise. We also advise investment managers and allocators on senior PM hiring, strategic introductions, and capital relationships.

Our coverage spans discretionary and systematic PMs across global macro, credit, and multi-manager platforms, as well as the quant, data-science, and AI-native talent moving into active management. We work quietly and selectively, favoring durable relationships and precise fit over transactional volume.

The firm is led by Chris Lutton (25+ years across global macro, derivatives, and business development; Goldman Sachs, Element Capital, HonTe) and Lindsey Wilde (20+ years across global macro, EM, and credit; Goldman Sachs, Element Capital).
