Our Core Programs

Social Connection Program – We provide education, research, and strategies to improve mental health for youth, families, and individuals. Our programs help professionals and communities build better social connections and support.

	CONNECT. – Training programs that equip individuals, organizations, and communities with the knowledge and techniques to harness the power of social influences on mental health.

	Be Socially Connected – Designed for professionals working with youth, this supports youth in developing local social connections, creating social support, and learning to manage social media.

Belonging for All (E.A.S.E.) – A competency-based curriculum that addresses cultural and structural barriers in behavioral health, ensuring more inclusive and equitable mental health solutions.

Learning to Lead (Leadership Academy) – A leadership development program for nonprofit executives, offering tools and insights to drive impactful change.
