Max Mizotin has worked in a variety of roles since 2009. From 2009-2011, they were a Senior Teacher at Moscow State University, and in 2011 they were the Organizing Committee Chair for the XXI International Conference GraphiCon’2011. Also in 2011, they were a Postdoc at Laboratoire Bordelais de Recherche en Informatique (LaBRI), where they developed and optimized the Gauss-Laguerre descriptors for object classification, compared the SIFT and SURF descriptors to the Gauss-Laguerre descriptors for image indexing, and applied the Gauss-Laguerre descriptors for brain MRI retrieval for Alzheimer's disease diagnosis. From 2013-2015, they were the CTO at Hunga, where they developed a computer vision recognition system prototype and a visual features search backand. From 2015-2016, they were the Lead Developer at Rplate, where they created and prepared the launch of an online table reservation system for restaurants. Since 2016, they have been the Co-Founder of Collectly, where their major goal is to help physicians increase their practice revenue and reduce revenue cycle by 3x.
Max Mizotin obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Applied Mathematics from Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU) between 2000 and 2008. Max also holds an edX Verified Certificate for Scalable Machine Learning from edX.
