College Internship Program (CIP)
Aaron L. is a skilled professional with extensive experience in social skills coordination and emotional learning. Currently serving as a Social Skills Coordinator at the College Internship Program since December 2022, Aaron previously held roles such as Social Emotional Learning Specialist at Grand Forks Public Schools and Direct Support Professional at H.I.T. The College Internship Program (CIP) has been helping young adults on the autism spectrum and with learning differences find success in college, employment, and independent living in our centers across the US since 1984. The College Internship Program is the result of strategies we have developed over 35 years spent working with hundreds of young people on the spectrum - Helping them develop the self-knowledge and skill sets to live productive and happy lives.
