Crystal Hayes

Crystal Hayes, M.Ed., is a seasoned educator currently serving as the Program Director at the College Internship Program (CIP). They possess a strong background in higher education and have held various roles within CIP, including Assistant Program Director and Head Student Advisor. Crystal's prior experience includes directing bands at Lakeside High School and serving as a Special Education Paraprofessional at Pullman High School, where they specialized in supporting students with severe dyslexia. They earned a Bachelor of Arts in Instrumental Music Education from Whitworth University and a Master of Education in Special Education from McNeese State University.
