Academic Coordinator at College Internship Program (CIP)

Judy Gerich is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in education, the arts, and community outreach. Currently serving as an Usher and Host at the Boston Symphony Orchestra (Tanglewood) since May 2024, Judy facilitates the enjoyment of live performances in picturesque settings. In a longstanding role as Academic and Admissions Coordinator for the College Internship Program since February 2012, Judy enhances the experience for prospective students and their families through personalized tours and outreach efforts. Past positions include ushering at the Jacob's Pillow Dance Festival and Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra, serving as Chairperson for the Buffalo City Ballet Board, and coordinating fundraising initiatives for non-profit organizations. With a solid educational background, including a master's degree in American studies from the University at Buffalo, Judy has also contributed significantly as a history teacher and adjunct professor.

The College Internship Program is the result of strategies we have developed over 35 years spent working with hundreds of young people on the spectrum - Helping them develop the self-knowledge and skill sets to live productive and happy lives.
