Brian Mitchell

Brian Mitchell has an extensive work experience spanning from 2014 to the present. In 2014, they were the Manager of the Executive Team at Forge and Director of The Pioneer, an online publication and digital media education program. In 2015, they founded and directed DCXP's pilot program, a non-profit that aimed to activate the metropolitan area's top high school and collegiate tech talent. In 2016, they were a Software Engineering Intern at ICX Media, Inc. In 2017, they were a Private Equity Summer Analyst at Alpine Investors. From 2018 to 2019, they held three roles at ICX Media, Inc.: Head of Analytics & Research, Technical Product Manager, and Business Intelligence Specialist. In 2019, they also founded CollegeAdvisor.com, which was acquired in 2020 by Reigning Champs. As the Founder and Executive Vice President of CollegeAdvisor.com, they connected high school students with admissions experts and former admissions officers, as well as personalized technology, to strengthen their college applications.

Brian Mitchell attended Bullis School from 2010 to 2014, graduating with a High School degree. Brian then attended the University of Virginia from 2014 to 2018, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce with a focus in Finance and Business Analytics.
