Hao Doan

Hao Doan has over 19 years of work experience. Hao worked at CollegeSource from August 2009 to October 2020, starting as a Systems Support Coordinator and later becoming the Senior System Administrator. In these roles, they managed network and system performance, conducted troubleshooting and maintenance, and monitored all systems and infrastructure. Prior to CollegeSource, Hao worked at Miami University from May 2001 to August 2009, where they served as a Senior Technical Support Analyst and an Adjunct Instructor. In these positions, they managed various departments' desktop support, provided technical support for Windows and Mac systems, and taught Microsoft Office classes.

Hao Doan attended the University of Cincinnati from 1995 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Engineering Technology. Additionally, from 1995 to 1997, they studied at OMI College of Applied Science, receiving an Associate Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology.
