Collekt is a real-time AI platform built to transform debt collections for lenders. We leverage cutting-edge technology, to solve a massive, fragmented issue that affects both lenders and borrowers.

Our platform integrates collection-optimized real-time LLMs with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and multi-channel tools — email, calls, texts, translation, and AI-powered avatars like our ‘Negotiator Agent’ for handling waivers and settlements. We focus on removing friction, reacting instantly, and using multimodal machine learning to resolve cases faster and more efficiently.

Founded by repeat lending tech entrepreneurs we are backed by Village Global and Concept Ventures.

If you are a lender looking to finally solve an age old problem, or someone looking to join our team in London, Mumbai or Bangalore get in touch.
