Anne Murphy

Anne Murphy is a chartered company secretary and fellow of the Chartered Governance Institute, with over 20 years of experience in corporate secretarial and governance, including work with listed PLCs. They have managed a diverse portfolio of domestic and international clients, ensuring compliance with regulations governing Irish incorporated companies while advising on corporate structures and governance mechanisms. Currently, Anne serves as the Company Secretary at Collen Construction and is pursuing multiple degrees in Financial Regulation, Corporate Governance and Management, and Business Studies. Previously, they held leadership roles at Nathan Trust, CSC Global Financial Markets, and BlackRock, among others.
