Rui Oliveira

Rui Oliveira is an International Certified Tour Director and Guide, who currently serves as a Regional Destination Manager at Collette while owning and operating two bed and breakfast properties in Portugal. With over 25 years of experience in the travel, tourism, and events industry, Rui has specialized in managing large travel groups across the U.S., Europe, and South America. Rui is multilingual, fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, with some proficiency in Italian and French, and holds both U.S. residency and a European passport. They possess a Tour Director and Guide Certification from the International Tour Management Institute and are pursuing studies in the English language at Columbia University.
