Heather Ferguson

Heather Ferguson currently serves as the Global Payroll Director at Collibra since July 2021, where responsibilities include integrating newly acquired international payroll processes and managing a remote team handling payroll for approximately 1000 employees across multiple countries. Previously, as the Global Payroll Manager at the same company, Heather successfully implemented US Workday Payroll and improved tax notification processes. Prior roles include Senior Payroll Manager at Clark Construction Group, where a long-standing payroll reporting issue was resolved, and Payroll Manager positions at Accudyne Industries and Aimbridge Hospitality, among others, where significant efficiencies and cost savings were achieved. Heather holds a B.S. in Political Science Pre-Law from Michigan State University and a J.D. from Northern Illinois University.
