Karthik Narayanan

Karthik Narayanan serves as the Global Head of GTM Operations & Strategy at Collibra, where responsibilities include leading the GTM Operations function and providing strategic support to customer-facing teams. Previously, Karthik held the position of Senior Director of Sales Strategy & Operations at Motive, advising the Chief Revenue Officer and leading central sales operations. At Citrix, Karthik advanced through several roles, culminating as Senior Director of WW Sales Strategy & Operations, managing a global team and overseeing various sales functions. Karthik's earlier experience includes significant roles at Dell, Hewlett-Packard, Polycom, and Appian Corporation. Karthik holds an MBA from Rice University and a BS in Electrical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
