Pankuj Chachra

Pankuj Chachra is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in software engineering and management. Currently serving as Senior Director of Software Engineering at Collibra since June 2021, Pankuj has been instrumental in driving the organization’s growth and strategy. Prior to this role, Pankuj held various positions at IBM from August 2006 to June 2021, including Program Director for MDM/Entity Analytics Engineering, where leadership of a worldwide team and ownership of a product portfolio were key responsibilities. Pankuj’s expertise spans multiple roles in the software development lifecycle, including project management, engineering leadership, and quality assurance, alongside experience in marketing and finance from earlier positions in smaller companies. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Nagpur University and a Bachelor of Commerce from Hislop College.
