Tom Johnson

Tom Johnson is a seasoned IT support professional with extensive experience in providing technical assistance and support for both corporate environments and content production. Currently serving as a Senior IT Support Specialist at Collibra, Tom manages L2 support for over 1,100 global employees and oversees SSO implementations in Okta IAM. Prior roles include delivering helpdesk support at Collibra and acting as a Technical Producer and Support Lead at Gameranx, where Tom was responsible for video production that reached millions of viewers. Additionally, Tom contributes as a Contributing Editor for SideQuesting and has experience in video production and PR management with The AbleGamers Charity.
