Vidar Borgersen

Vidar Borgersen is the Head of Operation at ColliCare Logistics, a position held since 2024. With extensive experience in transport and operations, Vidar previously served as Operations Manager at Engrospartner AS from 2014 to 2019, achieving significant improvements in efficiency and reducing absenteeism. Prior to that, Vidar held various leadership roles at Securitas and Tollpost Globe AS, where they managed large teams and drove cost reductions while enhancing service quality. Vidar also briefly served as Region Director at Nobina AS in 2023. They hold a degree in Change Management from Handelshøyskolen BI, earned between 2010 and 2012.
