Patrick Seeb is a board member at Collider. Patrick has held various leadership positions in the public and private sectors, including CEO of Saint Paul Riverfront Corporation, President of Healthcare Information Services, and Deputy Chief of Staff to Mayor Norm Coleman.

Seeb has been instrumental in the development of the Destination Medical Center (DMC) in Rochester, Minnesota. The DMC is a public-private partnership designed to leverage the growth of Mayo Clinic and other businesses and institutions within Rochester to create economic opportunity for the local community, region, and state as a whole.

Under Seeb's leadership, the Saint Paul Riverfront Corporation (SPRC) revitalized the Saint Paul riverfront, transforming it into a world-class destination for residents and visitors alike. The SPRC's efforts have been recognized with numerous awards, including the prestigious Rudy Bruner Award for Urban Excellence.

Seeb is a native of Saint Paul, Minnesota. Patrick received their BA from the University of Minnesota and their MBA from the University of St. Thomas.

Patrick Seeb has a Master of Science in Nursing Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, a BS in Nursing from Minnesota State University Moorhead, and an Associate's degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from North Dakota State University.
