Bob Zelley

Bob Zelley is a Senior Principal LSRP at Colliers Engineering & Design, where leadership encompasses all Environmental and Groundwater Resource services across 38 offices since November 2001. Previously, Bob Zelley served as Senior Principal - LSRP at Maser Consulting, directing Environmental and Hydrogeologic Services, focusing on brownfield redevelopment and groundwater resource development from November 2001 to March 2021. Bob Zelley also held the position of Chairman Of The Board at PCFA of Warren County NJ from 1996 to 2006 and was Vice President of Environmental/Hydrogeologic Services at Converse Consultants from 1984 to 2001, working on groundwater resource development and remediation projects. Bob Zelley earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Geoscience specializing in Hydrogeology from Penn State University from 1979 to 1984.
