Chris Otto

Chris Otto, P.E., CFM, serves as the Regional Discipline Leader for Municipal projects at Colliers Engineering & Design, a position held since the company rebranded from KFW Engineers & Surveying in May 2015. Prior to this role, Chris held multiple positions at KFW Engineers & Surveying, including Vice President and Director of Infrastructure Services. Chris's extensive career includes a significant tenure at Bury, where responsibilities encompassed project management for public works as a Director of Hydrology and Hydraulics. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Engineer Associate for the City of San Antonio, where Chris reviewed Storm Water Management Plans and ensured compliance with local and federal regulations. Chris earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Technology with a focus on Mechanical from Texas A&M University.
