Cindy Paddock

Cindy Paddock, AICP, is a seasoned professional in land development and project management with extensive experience in entitlements, due diligence, and planning. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Colliers Engineering & Design since December 2019, Cindy also holds the position of Principal at STAC Group, where consulting services for various land uses are provided. Previous roles include Planning Project Manager at HILGARTWILSON, Project Manager at Communities Southwest, and Land Entitlements Manager at Maracay Homes, among others. Cindy's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Community & Regional Planning from Iowa State University and a certification from the Sustainable Building Advisor Program at Maricopa Community College.
