Daniel Bloch, PP, AICP, EADA, is a Principal Associate and Regional Discipline Leader in the Planning Department at Colliers Engineering & Design since February 2021, specializing in professional planning consulting for local governments and private clients. Daniel's expertise encompasses community master plans, GIS mapping and analysis, affordable housing plans, redevelopment plans, expert testimony, fiscal impact and feasibility studies, and development reviews. Prior to this role, Daniel was a Senior Associate and Project Manager at Maser Consulting from March 2006 to February 2021, also focusing on similar planning consultation services. Daniel earned a BA in Environmental Design from the University at Buffalo between 2001 and 2005.
