Mayte Javier, EIT, currently serves as an Engineering Designer II at Colliers Engineering & Design, a position held since June 2021. Concurrently, Mayte has been a Career Development Mentor at the New Jersey Institute of Technology since December 2020, assisting mentees with career development queries and providing tutorials through the school's job portal. Mayte's prior experience includes serving as a Student Ambassador at Brookdale Community College from August 2016 to May 2018 and working as an Engineering Intern at the Monmouth County Division of Engineering, where research was conducted on regulations for historic bridge repairs and participation in projects aimed at improving traffic flow. Mayte holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, and also completed a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering at The City College of New York, alongside an Associate's degree at Brookdale Community College.
