Peter Rouse

Peter Rouse, M.A., currently serves as the Associate Director of the Federal Services Division at Colliers Engineering & Design since June 2022. With a robust background in business development across various sectors, Rouse held positions such as Director of Business Development at Froehling & Robertson, Inc., and was instrumental in small business growth initiatives at Bold Concepts, Inc. A history of supporting significant public-private partnership projects is evident from a tenure as Construction Business Development Manager at the Maryland Department of Transportation. Rouse’s previous roles also include senior management at Stokes Creative Group, Inc., and executive management at PaNa Solutions, Inc. Rouse is pursuing a PhD in Public Affairs at Princeton University and holds a Master’s Degree in Strategic Public Relations from The George Washington University, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Communication & Marketing/Psychology from Bowie State University.
