Alta Rogers

Alta Rogers, MAI, AI-GRS, is a commercial real estate valuation professional currently serving as the Valuation Services Director at Colliers International, where they conduct appraisal reviews on properties nationwide. With extensive experience in appraisals, consulting assignments, and valuation management, Alta has worked with lenders, investors, and owners across various property types, including special purpose properties. They previously held the position of Vice President at SitusAMC and were a Senior Appraiser at Roe Minor Realty Consultants from 2009 to 2020. Alta earned a BS in Finance from Florida State University, where they studied from 1999 to 2003.
