Amy Barrett, CCIM, is the Vice President of the Manufactured Housing & RV Group at Colliers International, bringing over 24 years of commercial real estate experience. Since joining Colliers in 2013, they have specialized in brokering investment transactions in various asset classes, particularly within manufactured housing and RV communities. Amy is recognized for their strategic market analysis and client advisory services, and has established a robust network of institutional investors and private equity groups. Currently, Amy also serves as Director with the MHRV Group, focusing on nationwide acquisition and disposition opportunities.
