Anders Holm

Anders Holm is a seasoned professional in real estate and property valuation with extensive experience since 2005. Currently serving as a Partner and Director at Colliers since 2018, Anders has played a significant role in the merger between Colliers International Group and Sadolin & Albæk A/S. In parallel, Anders holds positions on the ABF Advisory Board and as an external teacher at Erhvervsakademi Aarhus, specializing in the valuation of residential properties. Prior to Colliers, Anders served as a Director at Sadolin & Albæk, a Senior Adviser at DTZ (now Newsec Advisory), and held various roles in property valuation, investment sales, and business development. Anders possesses a Chartered Estate Agent degree from the Business Academy Aarhus and a strong educational background from the University of Aarhus.
