Andy Parrott is currently the Associate Director and National Facilities Manager at Colliers International, where they manage the Corporate Solutions team and lead the Aldi UK Sub-Let Portfolio since 2020. Andy began their career as a practical M&E engineer at Honeywell from 1985 to 1992, gaining foundational knowledge of building systems. With extensive experience in facility management across a variety of retail, industrial, and commercial properties, Andy has been working remotely and traveling for site visits and inspections since 2007.
