Annie B. Coe

Annie B. Coe is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the hospitality and real estate industries. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor at Colliers since 2022, Annie focuses on addressing tenant challenges and optimizing property occupancy in the north of Boston. Prior experience includes ownership and operation of The Cabot Lodge, where Annie launched Beverly's first boutique hotel, and roles at Cummings Properties as Leasing Director, and Samuels & Associates, managing The Verb Hotel. Annie has also held positions in business development and strategic planning at Luxe and Energi Insurance Services, Inc., along with an analytical role at Public Consulting Group. Annie holds a degree in Spanish and Accounting from the College of the Holy Cross and is a graduate of St. Paul's School.
