Austin Smith is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in industrial brokerage and business development. Currently serving as an SIOR at 128 CRE since October 2019, Austin leads the industrial group specializing in tenant advisory and landlord representation, particularly in off-market industrial searches. Prior to this role, Austin held the position of Senior Vice President at Colliers International, focusing on suburban brokerage, and served as Sr. Vice President of Marketing & Real Estate at Groom Construction Company, Inc., where business development and real estate investment were key responsibilities.
