Avigail D. serves as the Vice President of People Services for Colliers in the U.S. and LATAM, having been promoted to lead the HR Business Partners responsible for essential Human Resources functions across the company. With prior roles including Senior Director and Director within Colliers, Avigail has successfully managed the HR Business Partner team supporting various service lines in North America. Avigail's career began at Sentara Healthcare, where a significant tenure included roles as Senior Employee Relations Consultant and Human Resources Consultant, developing operational support strategies for a large employee base. Avigail also gained experience at CBRE and Schenker Logistics, enhancing professional expertise in organizational effectiveness and generalist HR functions. Avigail holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Old Dominion University.
