Ben Gearing

Ben Gearing is the Director at Colliers Residential Victoria, a role they have held since 2015, leading the Relationship Management team. Prior to this position, Ben worked in the legal profession for eight years, first as a Foreign Legal Consultant in Beijing and then as a Solicitor in Melbourne. In their current role, Ben has been instrumental in selling significant residential projects, including the iconic Collins Arch, and spearheaded the opening of the ‘Collection by Colliers’ showroom in Shanghai in 2021. Known for their leadership and communication skills, Ben is fluent in both English and Mandarin, fostering strong connections across global markets.
