Ben Haynes

Ben Haynes is a Town Planner with over 25 years of experience in Environmental and Urban Planning. They held various roles, including Senior Planner at Pittwater Council and Planning Manager at Jensen Bowers, before becoming a Director at Ethos Urban from 2018 to 2025. Currently, Ben serves as Planning Director at Colliers since 2025 and is a candidate for a Master of Business Administration at The University of Queensland, expected to graduate in 2027. They have also earned degrees in Environmental Health and Urban & Regional Planning from the University of Western Sydney and the University of New England, respectively.
