Ben Laycock

Ben Laycock is the National Director of Retail Agency at Colliers International Australia, where they have been instrumental in rebuilding the company's retail division since 2010, leading it to become the top agency-based retail leasing team in the country. From 2005 to 2006, they served as Chief Operating Officer at Wendys Supa Sundaes, achieving record summer sales and facilitating the business sale to Navis Capital. Previously, Laycock held positions including Director of Retail Leasing at Savills, managing a significant portfolio and completing major projects such as the West Lakes Mall redevelopment. They began their career as a Leasing Executive at Knight Frank Australia from 1991 to 1999 and later worked as a National Property Manager at The Jewellery Group Pty Ltd. Laycock earned a Bachelor of Business in Property, Valuation from the University of South Australia.
