Ben Stephens, MAI, has extensive experience in the real estate industry, particularly in healthcare property transactions. Beginning a career as a Commercial Appraiser at Pinnacle Associates from 2002 to 2005, Ben subsequently served as Director of Commercial Appraisal at Colliers-International until 2010. At Vantix Realty from 2010 to 2015, Ben continued as Director of Commercial Appraisal, performing valuations on diverse property types, amassing an appraisal total exceeding $1 billion. Afterward, Ben held various roles at Sila Realty Trust, Inc. from 2022 to 2024, including Vice President of Acquisitions and Vice President of Investment Management, sourcing and underwriting over $600 million in healthcare real estate transactions and managing a portfolio of over 25 properties.
