Boi Lin

Boi Lin, AIA, LEED AP, is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, currently serving as Senior Director in the Managing Director's Office in Taichung. They have a strong background in owner-side administration and real estate investment strategy, excelling in project development and management through various stages, from planning to execution. Boi began their career at Perkins Eastman in Manhattan and later founded Massforma Architecture. They have held significant roles at F&T Group and JLL as well as at Sweeten Real Estate Co. before joining Colliers. Boi is a registered architect in New York and an accredited LEED AP, with a solid educational foundation in architecture from both Cornell University and Feng Chia University.
