Brad Bailey is the Vice President at Colliers International, having joined the Mid-Island office in 2006 as one of the founding brokers for the Nanaimo location in 2007. Over the years, Brad has engaged in all aspects of commercial sales and leasing across mid Vancouver Island, significantly contributing to the establishment of Colliers as a leading commercial brokerage in the region. With expertise in various market segments, including retail, industrial, and office products, Brad has facilitated transactions exceeding $470 million and has been directly involved in some of Nanaimo's largest land deals. Currently, Brad is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree at The University of British Columbia.
