Brett Shepherd

Brett Shepherd has extensive experience in facilities management and sustainability within the real estate sector. From August 2007 to December 2017, Brett served as Divisional Facilities Manager and later as National Manager for Facilities Management Office & Industrial at Mirvac. In January 2018, Brett co-founded Property Done Differently, serving as Co-Founder and Director, where a team of property professionals has managed multibillion-dollar portfolios and achieved award-winning sustainability outcomes. Since February 2025, Brett has been the Head of Facilities Management & Sustainability at Colliers. Brett holds a Bachelor's degree in Design Science/Building Services from the University of Sydney, earned from 2004 to 2006.
