Brian Lorenz

Brian Lorenz is a seasoned professional in the commercial real estate lending sector, currently serving as a Senior Underwriter at Colliers since March 2021, specializing in various lending sources including HUD, Fannie Mae, and CMBS. Prior experience includes functioning as an FHA Underwriter at Centennial Mortgage, Inc., where Brian underwrote multifamily mortgage applications, and as a Junior Commercial Mortgage Underwriter, developing financial models and processing HUD submissions. Brian's entrepreneurial skills were demonstrated through the founding of Brian Company, which provided data mining services, while earlier roles included producing a substantial book of business in commercial insurance at Hall & Company. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration was earned from Gonzaga University, further complemented by leadership experiences in community-focused events and mentoring.
