Brock Johnson is currently an Assistant Vice President at Colliers, having previously worked as a GSE Affordable Underwriter at Merchants Capital from 2015 to 2020, where they underwrote over $280 million in loans. Prior to that, Brock gained experience as a Development Intern at Alatus, LLC from 2014 to 2015, conducting in-depth market research and managing due diligence processes. Brock is pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Real Estate Studies at the University of St. Thomas.
